As an Executive Assistant you will:

  • provide a high level of confidential administrative and personal support
  • maintain and coordinate schedules, calendar and contacts, travel arrangements, expense reports
  • plan, coordinate, and ensure the COO’s schedule is followed and respected
  • prepare internal communication as required
  • prepare/modify presentations as required
  • prepare, distribute, and update meeting agendas and meeting times
  • assist other executives and their assistants in coordinating company events
  • respond to telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing general information
  • manage correspondence, reports, and documents of a routine or confidential nature
  • meet new clients and visitors while maintaining the company’s professional image
  • perform other administrative or office duties
  • schedule the pick-up/delivery of personal items (as requested)


  • office assistant or executive assistant experience
  • good command of English
  • very good command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • good written communication with accurate proofreading skills
  • strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, senior management, external partners, clients, and vendors
  • proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • positive work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
  • driving licence
