Retention Manager

Currently, we have more than 300 employees and would like to expand our team by adding one more creative, energetic member for the position of Retention Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • identify retention hot spots and opportunities to optimize the prevention of churn and increase the customer lifetime value
  • introduce and manage reliable, customizable and comprehensive customer health analytics software
  • use analytical and reporting tools to generate insight on retention data
  • contribute to business strategy development by providing logical data on the business impact of retention processes
  • develop and implement measures to analyze and predict attrition rates
  • provide cross-functional reports and recommendations to improve customer experience and retention rates
  • cooperate closely with Business Analysis, Marketing and Customer Success teams

Key requirements:

  • a degree in business, marketing or a similar field is required
  • extensive experience in managing online retention programs
  • work experience within a SaaS environment would be an advantage
  • ability to work independently and run projects with minimum guidance
  • great social skills and the ability to communicate and impact effectively within an organization
  • excellent speaking and writing English language skills
