Localization Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

  • ensuring the highest quality standards for 27 localized versions of our product across the organization
  • distributing new content and other updates on the GetResponse platform for different markets
  • coordination of projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Marketing, Product owners, IT departments)
  • defining requirements and customizing processes for localization tools/infrastructure and engaging with technical teams to build those solutions
  • collecting quantitative and qualitative data from translators and reviewers
  • planning and monitoring localization projects to meet deadlines, and quality and budget requirements
  • coordination of new processes and resources for localization

You'll convince us if you have:

  • a proven record of working closely with or as an editorial/translation/IT project manager for at least 3 years
  • experience in IT-related multi-country and multi-language business communication
  • knowledge of localization and internationalization best practices
  • experience with a Translation Management System and CAT and language service providers
  • excellent verbal and written language skills in English (minimum C1)
  • degree in Linguistics/Project Management studies
  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize duties, and an upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills

It will be to your benefit if you:

  • have an interest in programming
  • are fluent in a second language (German or Italian preferable)
  • are familiar with online marketing software and online applications (CRM tools)
  • have experience in professional translation/localization work, both technical and creative
